Our Lite hosting plan is the most common starting point, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Emails & support tickets are generally answered within 1hr during business hours and about 4 hrs on the weekends.
What you get: We provide you with all the advanced technology required to run your site, be it E-Commerce, PHP or plain old HTML. We can provide you with SSL certificates to secure your online shopping site should you require one, else you get free use of our shared certificate which is just as secure as your own.
Our systems are backed up every morning at 2am to a remote server to ensure we don't loose your data, however we still stress that you keep a local copy for security reasons.
The web hosting servers are connected by 100Mb/sec ethernet cables direct to the NZ internet meaning fast and reliable service to your clients both locally and internationally. The servers have dual redundant hard drives, dual ethernet, dual power, dual internet connections to providers to ensure the highest of uptime. If our server isn't up for more than 99.9% for any given month, we will refund you 50% of your fee, provided it's not a planned outage.
We utilize Direct Admin control panel which enables you to login and manage your website without the need of contacting us unless you're note sure what to do. You're able to update your site, add or remove email accounts, flush spam messages or set an away message when you're on holiday.
We have multiple internet upstreams across Telecom, TelstraClear, Orcon, Solarix, Auckland Peering Exchange & Wellington Peering Exchange for redundancy and efficient routing.
